Discover a powerful alternative to traditional therapy.
Guided breathwork designed to help you reset, release, and reconnect. Led by Emma, InHalo Moon offers weekly group sessions and private 1-to-1 breathwork experiences in a safe, supportive space.
Breathwork is more than just deep breathing. It’s a proven technique for activating your body’s natural healing systems, quieting the mind, and unlocking greater emotional balance. By changing the way you breathe, you can change the way you feel.
Key Benefits:
Reduce Stress and Anxiety: Calm your nervous system and let go of everyday pressures.
Improve Sleep: Breathe your way to a deeper, more restful night’s sleep.
Boost Energy: Oxygenate your body for greater vitality and focus.
Emotional Release: Gently process and release built-up emotions in a safe space.
Enhance Clarity: Quiet the mental noise and connect to your inner wisdom.
Emma’s approach combines ancient wisdom with modern science. In a typical session, you’ll be guided through simple, effective techniques. No prior experience needed. All you have to do is show up and breathe.
A gentle introduction and warm welcome, whether you’re in a group or 1-to-1 session
Step-by-step guidance through a unique “bionic breathing” sequence, designed to work with your natural rhythm
Calming music, gentle cues, and time for reflection
A soothing environment, free of judgment or pressure
Each session is tailored to the needs and comfort level of the group or individual, so you’ll never feel rushed or out of your depth
I’ll be honest, I was pretty skeptical about breathwork at first. I’ve tried all sorts of therapies and nothing seemed to make a real difference. But after just one session with Emma, I felt lighter, calmer, and genuinely more myself. I didn’t expect something so simple to have such a big impact. Now it’s a regular part of my week and I can’t imagine going back.
Emma is passionate about making breathwork accessible for everyone. Her methods are inspired by:
Yogic and pranayama techniques
Holotropic and conscious connected breathing
Modern neuroscience
Mindfulness and somatic practices
This fusion creates a holistic, effective approach—whether you’re seeking deep relaxation, emotional healing, or a boost to your everyday wellbeing.
If you:
Feel overwhelmed, anxious, or find it hard to relax
Struggle to talk through emotions or don’t enjoy traditional therapy
Want to improve your health naturally
Are curious about new ways to support your mind and body
…then breathwork could be the breakthrough you’ve been seeking.
Why not give it a try? Often, a single session is all it takes to notice a difference.
After my first session, I walked out feeling like a weight had been lifted. It was the calmest I’d felt in months.
Breathwork with Emma gave me a real boost. I left the session feeling clear-headed and energised, ready to take on the week.

Absolutely. No experience is necessary. Emma will gently guide you through every step. Most people who attend are trying breathwork for the first time, and all techniques are tailored to your comfort and ability.
Each session begins with a short introduction and explanation of what’s to come. You’ll be guided through breathing exercises, to music, in a calm and supportive environment. Afterwards, there’s time to relax and reflect. You’ll never be put on the spot or pressured to share - just breathe at your own pace.
Just bring yourself! Wear comfortable clothes and, if you like, bring a bottle of water. We have blankets and cushions for extra comfort if needed. Mats and other essentials are provided.
Breathwork is gentle and safe for most people. However, if you have certain health conditions (such as respiratory or heart issues, or are pregnant), please consult with Emma in advance or speak to your doctor before joining a session. You’re always welcome to participate at your own pace and take breaks as needed.
While all three encourage relaxation and self-awareness, breathwork specifically focuses on using your breath as the main tool for transformation. You don’t need to hold any poses or sit in silence, just follow the guided breathing patterns.
Most people feel lighter, calmer, and more relaxed. Sometimes even energised and clear-headed. Everyone’s experience is unique, but it’s common to leave a session with a greater sense of peace and wellbeing.
Breathwork is an alternative to traditional talking therapies. There’s no requirement to share personal stories or feelings unless you want to. The focus is on your breath, not your words.
Yes! Group sessions are a wonderful way to experience breathwork with friends or family, and everyone is welcome.
It’s normal to feel a bit nervous before trying something new. Emma creates a warm, welcoming space with no judgment. Just come as you are, and remember, everyone was a beginner once.
