I’m a South-East Londoner through and through, born and raised in Charlton. I’ve travelled the world, competed at elite levels, and worked in corporate leadership — but my real purpose? It’s always brought me back home: helping others reconnect to themselves.
I was a GB international judoka, winning gold at the 1997 Youth Olympics and more recently a bronze at the 2023 Veteran World Championships in Abu Dhabi (–70 kg). I hold a 3rd Dan black belt in judo and even stepped into the cage for competitive MMA.
Alongside that, I built a corporate career, became an ICF-accredited coach, and now work as a People Director — blending leadership with lived experience. Everything I’ve done has led me to this work.
I became a mum of two while studying law and working full-time. By the age of 30, I was divorced, emotionally spent, and still carrying on like I was invincible.
In 2024, everything crashed. Burnout, a POTS diagnosis, and my son’s mental health struggles brought me to my knees. I knew I needed to find a different way to cope, to heal, to live.
One Bionic Breathwork session was all it took to crack me open. It gave me emotional release, regulation, and a sense of peace I hadn’t felt in years.
I founded Inhalo Moon to share what helped me rebuild. Breathwork gave me more than healing — it gave me home, within myself.
Now, I guide others through their own turning points — whether they’re dealing with burnout, trauma, chronic illness, or simply carrying too much. Especially those who, like me, have had to be strong for too long.
Bionic Breathwork grounded in neuroscience and emotional healing
Transformational sessions for individuals and groups
Teacher training for those ready to lead others
Support for mental health & wellbeing, especially for mothers, carers, athletes and high-achievers
This isn’t just breathwork. It’s a way back to yourself.
